CORPORATE ORDERS

Purchase Orders are accepted from Government Agencies, State Agencies, Educational Institutions and Fortune 1000 companies. There is a minimum of US$100.00 per Purchase Order. For first time customers, please attach accounts payable contact name and telephone number.

Checks must be payable to FMA Solutions.

For CEFT, CAGE Code, DUNS, and other information, please do a search using the "Advanced Search" tab on the CCR website and look for "Music One". This information can also be provided upon request.

If you prefer, you can place your order online using your IMPAC CARD with the VISA or MasterCard logo or choose pre-pay by check and mail a copy of your order along with your payment to the same PO Box.
