Why some products are Non-Returnable?

a) In order to provide you with competitive prices some products cannot be returned. They are all clearly marked "Non-Returnable", that way you have no surprises afterwards as you would with many online merchants. They will be always clearly marked or they will be part of a category specified on our Returns Policy.

b) We don't sell open items, used equipment, "B" stock, refurbished, etc. When a product is Non-Returnable you have the guarantee that you are buying a BRAND NEW item sealed and fresh from the factory. It has never been to anyone else's home before.

c) More and more customers are going to their local retail stores to experiment the products, see, touch, and, if they like it, they go home and order online with discounts that vary from 20% to 45% compared to those retailers. You will be also saving on sales tax if you are not having your product shipped to Florida.

d) Having some products Non-Returnable help us keep our cost down, enabling us to sell you for a much lower price than if we had to deal with returns, restocking fees, repackaging expenses, etc. Most merchants that deal with returns of sensitive items will have that cost figured out as a percentage, increasing all their prices by the same amount. We decided to pass that discount to you.

e) Non-Returnable products are usually those that come bundled with many small parts, manuals, packing materials, software, sensitive products, expensive products, special order, custom frequencies, and also, products from manufacturers that do not accept returns or impose a very high restocking fee. They will be always clearly marked or they will be part of a category specified on our Returns Policy.

In these cases our advice is: research first. Go to a local retail store, touch the product, read the specifications, read online reviews - they are posted everywhere on the web - take advantage of that!
